VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Thieves ripped open a steel curtain on the Vista National Little League snack bar.
League president Shane Ortega told 10News, "Tore off the iron bars off the back side and broke our roll-up door and came in and ransacked the place."
Damage was estimated at about $2,000 but not much loot was inside. Sheriff's detectives dusted for fingerprints in hopes of a lead.
The victims, meanwhile, are upset about the break-in. Dan Brown called it, "Sad for the kids and sad for the parents and for the community we work with."
No arrests have been made yet. Little league parents have set up a pay-pal account to accept donations to make repairs.
