(KGTV) -- Crews are battling multiple fires across San Diego County Friday afternoon during the first heat wave of the summer.
The first fire was reported just before noon in Alpine as temperatures soared into the triple digits.
Evacuations are underway in the areas surrounding the blaze, now called the Westfire.
