SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Former San Diego mayor Roger Hedgecock and his wife Cindy testified Tuesday in her lawsuit against the City of San Diego involving her ruptured breast implants.
She claims the City failed to maintain a tree which caused a crack in a Pacific Beach sidewalk.
Cindy Hedgecock tripped on the crack while walking down the street. She said the fall ruptured her breast implant and led to almost $20,000 in medical bills.

In court Tuesday, Hedgecock said she felt significant pain and had anxiety about any long-lasting medical impact of leaking silicone.
The crack in the sidewalk has been fixed since the accident.
