SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A moving van hit a fire hydrant outside a Mission Valley apartment complex Wednesday, creating a geyser, a witness said.
Social media video showed the flooding just before 1 p.m. near The Lido apartments on Camino Del Este and Station Village Lane.
Traffic in the area was affected.
