(KGTV) - The family of the two children killed in a Rancho Bernardo condo fire is growing restless with arson investigators.
The fire happened back in October but the relatives of Christos and Isabella Lopez say they haven’t gotten much from authorities.
“It’s miserable not having any answers,’ said Demetrious Harmon, the children’s uncle.

Harmon says it’s been almost a month and a half since his sister’s kids died without a major update from authorities.
“They give her a deadline on this day and they give her the runaround,” said Harmon.
Investigators told 10News on Friday that the case is still open and that the father of the children is cooperating with officials.

“I think answers are coming,” said Harmon, “ I think five to six weeks is about time everyone wants to know.”
Harmon is having a fundraiser for the kid's mother this Sunday, Dec. 3, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sports Parks Recreation Center in Imperial Beach.
