ESCONDIDO, Calif. (KGTV) - Police are searching for a missing at-risk man who was last seen before going out for a walk.
Raul Valdez, 48, was last heard from on July 18 before a walk around Bear Valley Parkway and Citrus Ave.
Valdez is considered at-risk and requires daily medication. He also walks with an arm brace crutch. He's described as a Hispanic male, standing about 6-foot 4-inches tall, weighing about 225 pounds, and has black hair worn in a long ponytail and brown eyes.
