(KGTV) - Secretary of Defense James Mattis will visit Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego over Labor Day weekend on his trip around the world.
In San Diego Monday, Mattis will observe carrier strike group training, according to Defense Department officials.
Other stops will include India, where Mattis will attend the first India 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Both leaders will also meet with their counterparts from the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Indian Ministry of Defence.
The final stop on Mattis’ trip will be Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where he will meet with Senior Emerati officials.
