SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A crash on Interstate 15 in the Miramar area involving multiple vehicles, including a dirt-hauling truck, sent at least two people to the hospital and led to a major traffic backup during the Thursday morning commute.
The California Highway Patrol said the wreck happened just before 6 a.m. on southbound I-15, near Miramar Road.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known, but the wreck blocked at least three lanes and had traffic backed up to southbound Scripps Poway Parkway.
All lanes were cleared by 7 a.m.
The conditions of the injured parties remain unknown.
