SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Firefighters battled a small brush fire in San Diego's Webster neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.
According to crews, the fire started near Fairmont Avenue and Ridge View drive. The blaze sent thick smoke into the air that was visible throughout the area.
Crews were able to quickly extinguish the flames. In total, the fire burned half an acre.
