SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A boy was rushed to the hospital Friday after emergency crews said he fell out of a second-story window at a Carmel Valley home.
The incident was reported shortly after 7 a.m. at a home in the 5400 block of Shannon Ridge Lane, according to San Diego fire officials.
Officials did not immediately provide details on what led to the 10-year-old boy’s fall, but it was confirmed that he was taken to Rady Children’s Hospital as a trauma patient with injuries of unknown severity.
