SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A new scooter-sharing company has flown into Pacific Beach seemingly out of nowhere. Residents say in recent weeks dozens of Bird scooters showed up throughout the beach community.
Users activate the ride with a smartphone app and can leave the scooter at their destination.
While riders are enjoying the ease and convenience, some residents and business owners say riders are breaking the law.
