3.2-magnitude earthquake rattles eastern SD

A mild earthquake jostled the eastern reaches of San Diego County this afternoon, authorities reported.

The 3.2-magnitude temblor, centered about 10 miles southeast of Julian in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, struck shortly before 3:30 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake caused no reported damage, emergency services personnel said.
