SATURDAY (11:40 a.m.): In-N-Out has sold out of its "Drink Cup" shoes online.

Original story follows...

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — In-N-Out Burger's iconic palm tree logo has made its way onto t-shirts, hats, socks, and, now, shoes.

The burger chain has released shoes inspired by its drink cup design, with red palm trees, wavy lines, and the In-N-Out logo on the heel. A pair of adult shoes retails for $64.95 while a kids pair costs $39.95.

As In-N-Out points out, the shoes are not water- or stain-resistant, so keep them away from those animal-style burgers and fries.

But the chain says it's the perfect gift for Valentine's Day: "They’ll go a lot farther than a box of chocolates," In-N-Out posted on Instagram.

The shoes aren't the first instance of In-N-Out kicks making the round on the internet, but they are the first officially released pairs. Last year, In-N-Out sued retailer Puma over "Drive Thru" sneakers designed with In-N-Out's red and yellow detailing and red palm trees, according to the LAist.

In-N-Out logos and wording have been the subject of other lawsuits by the restaurant, like those against a brewery and competing burger chain.
