SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - With back to school season fast approaching, parents are more interested now than at any other point in the year about their children's education.
That means, thousands of San Diego parents will be online, searching for statistics and reviews of schools, teachers, and districts to make sure their kids are receiving a good education.
Niche, an education reporting website, hopes to make this easy every year. The site annually releases rankings on the best schools in the region, from elementary to high school.

This year many of the area's top public elementary schools are found within the Poway Unified School District, the first 15 in fact. Elementary schools from Rancho Santa Fe Elementary, Solana Beach Elementary and Del Mar Union districts don't stop the PUSD streak until the top 20.
Among the top ranked schools: Creekside Elementary School, Stone Ranch Elementary School, Los Penasquitos Elementary School.

Number one on the list is Adobe Bluffs Elementary School in the Poway USD. See the top 15 schools listed here.
