Super Bowl bash: Where to celebrate the big game in San Diego

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The Super Bowl will have many San Diegans locked to their couches this weekend but just as many are looking to head out and enjoy the game with their neighbors.

The added bonuses: No mess to clean up, specials on food and drinks, giveaways and prizes in some cases, and, just maybe for meet some new fellow football fans!

For those ready to head to their nearest bar or restaurant, here's where you can find some great food and drink specials and other Super Bowl suprises around town this game day:

Searsucker Del Mar

Searsucker will be offering specials on Bud Light buckets and team-themed craft cocktails, plus, a whole bourbon-roasted pig with all the fixings for the big game! A special kids menu will also be available and giveaways and games will be held throughout the game. (Link)

You can't go wrong with one of America's best places to watch the big game, right? Sports Illustrated last year named the popular downtown spot barleymash one of the top sports bars in the country to watch the Super Bowl. (Link)
