ESCONDIDO, Calif. (KGTV) -- An iconic Escondido event is back for the 2019 season.

Cruisin’ Grand is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year as the region’s weekly classic car cruise.

The event combines vintage cars, great food and live music.

This year, the event runs every Friday from April 5 to September 27 from 5 to 9 p.m.

The free event brings between 5,000 and 10,000 weekly visitors and locals every Friday night and features more than 500 cars.

This year, there will even be theme nights, including “Fire Truck Night”, “Nitro Night” and “AFX Night.”

If live music is more your scene, the event also features three live bands on Juniper, Kalmia and Maple in addition to a live DJ on North Broadway.
