SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Want to show your love for the San Diego Padres? The team is welcoming the Friars faithful to Petco Park Saturday.
The Padres FanFest gives fans a chance meet players, alumni and broadcasters at the ballpark. San Diegans can also take the field and run the bases, play catch in right field, and take photos. The event also features a KidsFest, wiffle ball games, and food.
Memorabilia, jerseys, and one-of-a-kind items will be available at the Padres Foundation Garage Sale. Proceeds will benefit the charitable group’s efforts.
Padres FanFest runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Season ticket holders will get early access starting at 9 a.m. through the member entrance at the Home Plate Gate.
The public is welcome to attend for free but tickets are required and available through the Padres website. Parking is also free at Padres-owned lots.
