SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diegans have a lot to look forward to this weekend, from classic rock in Del Mar to yoga in the dark downtown.

Classic rock icons Kansas will play the San Diego County Fair on Thursday night, ready to belt out their most memorable hits.

San Diego's Greek Festival returns as well, featuring traditional Greek music and dancing and, of course, delicious Greek foods galore.

San Diego's Festival of the Arts will bring together art, music, and food for a two-day festival celebrating the diversity of San Diego's art scene.

Yoga After Dark offers a different vinyasa experience, with noise canceling headphones and a special yoga session with leading instructors.

THURSDAY

Kansas

Where: Del Mar Fairgrounds; Cost: Free with fair admission - $47

Classic rock icons "Kansas" will play the San Diego County Fair as part of the fair's concert series. The garage band from Topeka will undoubtedly belt out its legendary hits to fairgoers, who get in free with admission. 

 

San Diego International Boat Show

Where: Spanish Landing Park; Cost: Free - $15

(Thursday to Sunday) More than 150 boats for sale, nautical gear, gadgets, and boating accessories will be showcased during San Diego's annual summer boat show.

FRIDAY

San Diego Greek Festival

Where: St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church; Cost: Free - $3

(Friday to Sunday) Greek foods and pastries, traditional music and dancing, and a kids zone will bring everyone together for San Diego Greek Festival. 

 

Wonderspaces

Where: Cruise Ship Terminal; Cost: $14 - $24

(Thursday to Sunday) The popular, unique art show Wonderspaces hits San Diego with immersive, interactive exhibits sure to spark your imagination.

SATURDAY

Fido Fest

Where: Santee Town Center Community Park; Cost: Free

Celebrate your favorite canine or find a furry friend at Santee's Fido Fest. There will be dog adoptions, giveaways, live entertainment, and pet vaccinations. Silent auction proceeds benefit the Dogs on Deployment organization.

 

San Diego Festival of the Arts

Where: Waterfront Park; Cost: Free - $25

(Saturday to Sunday) San Diego's Festival of the Arts brings together art, music, and food with nearly 200 artists gourmet cuisine, and local brews at Waterfront Park. Interactive activities for the whole family will be available.

SUNDAY

7th Annual Kids Fishing Derby

Where: J Street Pier; Cost: Free to enter

Cast out for a fishing tournament in Chula Vista during the 7th annual Kids Fishing Derby. Prizes will be given out for the largest fish and the competition is free to register.

 

Yoga After Dark

Where: Horton Plaza Park; Cost: $30 - $45

Yogis will vinyasa silently in the dark during this unique yoga experience featuring noise canceling headphones with mood music in this yoga session by leading instructors.
