CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- The City of Chula Vista announced recently that it will be holding a photo contest for its recent “This is Chula” campaign.
The city conceived the idea to get the word out about the campaign. The contest begins July 24 and ends August 19.
To enter, the city is asking participants to post a photo on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with #THISisChula and add the city’s account, @thinkchulavista on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Preference in judging will be given to photos recognizably taken in Chula Vista, according to the city.
The grand prize winner’s photo will be featured on ExploreChulaVista.com and may also be featured on a “This is Chula” add this fall.

The grand prize winner will also receive VIP tickets to a concert at the Mattress Firm Amphitheatre and a family four-pack to The Living Coast Discovery Center.
