SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Are you ready to play the feud, San Diego? Survey says: Yes!
Auditions to be on the game show "Family Feud" are coming to San Diego July 14-15. Families can apply online to make an appointment for local tryouts. If families can't make a tryout session, they can submit a 3- to 5-minute video audition.
The long-running game show pits two families against each other as host Steve Harvey asks questions based on a survey of 100 people. Points are awarded based on which answers were the most popular among survey takers.

To be eligible, families applying must consist of five members related by blood, marriage, or legal adoption. There is no age requirement, but the show suggests players be 15-years-old or older due to the nature of some of the more unique responses to questions.
If applying, families are encouraged to stand out any way they can. The show's producers say coordinating outfits, special talents, a great family story, and lots of high-fives always help.
