SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The San Diego Symphony is getting into the spirit of Comic-Con with a special performance of movie music by composer John Williams.
Fans can hear scores from Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, and more during a show Wednesday night at Copley Symphony Hall conducted by Sameer Patel.
The symphony has performed special Comic-Con shows in the past, most notably in 2015, when 7,000 fans left the convention center waving light sabers to attend a special show of Williams’ Star Wars themes at Embarcadero Marina Park South. Musicians played as a video screen showed clips from past Star Wars films to generate excitement for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Fans can enjoy Star Wars-themed cocktails and a costume contest before the 7:30 pm. show.
