ENCINITAS, Calif. (KGTV) - Have you seen this man?
San Diego Sheriff's (SDSO) are asking locals to be on the lookout for a one of two suspects they said tried to kidnap a 15-year-old girl Wednesday.
SDSO said the teenager was waxing her surfboard in the driveway of her home in the 1600 block of Neptune Ave. around 5:30 p.m., when a man came up from behind and pinned her to the ground.
The girl said the man tried to drag her to a pickup truck parked along Grandview Street, where another man - pictured in the sketch - was waiting inside.
The girl was able to fight off her attacker and escape unharmed, SDSO said.
Deputies described the man who grabbed the girl as a white male, between 20 and 30 years old, standing about 5-feet, 10-inches, and with medium build. He has light brown hair and a long brown beard.
