SAN DIEGO, Calif. (KGTV) - With a large population of refugees and veterans, a company in San Diego has created a paid training program to get them into the solar industry.
It's called GRID Alternatives. Trainees receive hands-on training, installing free solar panels for low to middle-income homeowners.
