SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Two hikers and a canine companion became trapped near the edge of a cliff on Cowles Mountain Friday.
San Diego Fire-Rescue crews rescued one hiker and then returned to save the dog, before airlifting the last hiker to safety.
No injuries have been reported. It's not yet clear how the trio became trapped.
