SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - New allegations about a San Diego Sheriff's Deputy surfaced late this week, with a fourth woman coming forward to accuse the deputy of groping her nearly two years ago.

The woman's attorney, Dan Gilleon, spoke with 10News and said his client has shared the story with family and friends and wrote a letter to the Sheriff's Department in the past.

Gilleon said Deputy Richard Fischer grabbed an El Cajon woman's breasts in the back of his squad car and asked if she had nude pictures.

At least three women are expected to file lawsuits next week, as the six-month window for them to file claims has expired.

Fischer is currently on administrative duty.
