SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A construction worker had to be lowered from a La Jolla high-rise after being injured Friday.
The extent of the worker's injuries was unclear but crews had to lower the worker 20 stories using a construction crane. Below, San Diego Fire-Rescue responders were waiting to treat the worker.
The worker was conscious and alert, according to SDFD spokeswoman Mónica Munoz.
