MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Police said a Middletown woman was arrested for disorderly conduct while she was wearing a cow suit, WHIO reported.Officers said Michelle Allen, 32, was chasing children on Monday night and reportedly urinated on a neighbor's front porch.
An officer told Allen to go home and stay there for the remainder of the evening, but a short time later, they found her in the street blocking traffic on North Verity Parkway.Police said Allen appeared to be intoxicated. The officer's report stated that Allen was verbally abusive to him on the trip to jail and smelled of alcohol, WLWT reported.The report did not speculate as to why Allen was wearing the cow suit.
