Tickets won't be issued for expired city parking meters or in areas scheduled for street sweeping.

City and county libraries will be closed, as will community and recreation centers. All city pools will be open.

County and city parks will be open. The Balboa Park, Mission Bay and Torrey Pines municipal golf courses will also be open.

There will be no mail delivery.

Metropolitan Transit System trolleys and buses will operate on a holiday schedule, as will North County Transit service. The Coaster train from Oceanside to downtown San Diego will not operate.

The courts and San Diego city and county government offices will resume normal schedules on Monday.
