SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Prepare to run for your life in Balboa Park this season.
San Diegans will begin traversing the fearsome trail Friday, Sept. 29, with rides through Balboa Park running through Oct. 31.

The Haunted Trail leads guests through a 3,500-square-foot maze packed with scares, before they make their way through a trail inhabited by horror icons such as Jason, Michael Myers, Pennywise the Dancing Clown, and more.
Also back by popular demand this year, the Upside Down featured in "Stranger Things" returns.

Scares
3,500-square-foot maze will plunge guests into "The Purge" themed horror as they try to find their way to safety.

The Stranger Things House featuring the Upside Down returns guests to the world of the weird and frightening.
